Position Overview:

Manages and optimize inventory for sellers using Amazon's platform. Responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient logistics, and cost-effective inventory management, often utilizing Seller Central tools and features. 

Key Responsibilities
:

A. Inventory Management:

Overseeing inventory levels for Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and potentially other fulfillment methods.

B. Demand Forecasting:

Developing and maintaining models to predict future demand and optimize inventory level using suitable Apps/Tools

C. Inventory Performance Index ( IPI ):

Monitoring and improving the IPI score to ensure optimal inventory management according to.

D. Data Analysis:

Analyzing inventory data, sales trends, and marketplace demand to make informed decisions about restocking and inventory placement.

E. Cost Optimization:

Analyzing Amazon fees and optimizing inventory management to minimize costs.

Skills and Qualifications
:

  1. Graduate in any stream with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Amazon Inventory.
  2. Amazon Seller Central Experience: Familiarity with the platform and its features is essential.
  3. Inventory Management Experience: Proven experience in managing inventory, including forecasting, replenishment, and reconciliation.
  4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  6. Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in inventory data and processes.
  8. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
