Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development (NPD) professional located in Bhiwandi. The NPD professional will be responsible for overseeing the development of new packaging products from concept to launch, conducting market research, and working closely with the design and engineering teams. This role involves identifying customer needs, developing prototypes, managing timelines, and ensuring product quality. The professional will also be responsible for collaborating with suppliers and vendors to source materials and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in New Product Development and project management
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data
  • Skills in design and engineering, including coral draw, Illustrator software and prototyping
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
