KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inbound QC: - To inspect all the FG, SFG and packing material arriving at the warehouse on a sampling basis. Release from ERP after results. And maintain QC records.
  • Packing activity with traceability: - Inspecting as per quality norms at all verticals like B2C, B2B, Store and ensure packing and dispatch with accuracy. And maintain QC records.
  • Training: - To impart training to the workers on a regular basis on the floor to enhance the quality of production and packing process of the products. And maintain training records.
  • Out Bound QC: - All QC Inspection before dispatch of FG/PM from floor. As per order wise.
  • NPD Support: - To support the launch of NPD items. Conduct and review transit trials as instructed by the NPD team.
  • Return Process: - Inspecting all return materials and getting them transferred to different locations in ERP based on material quality.
  • Qualification- Chemistry, BSC/MSC/chemical Engineering
  • Ensure Quality management system in place and operational.
  • Implement GLP in laboratory and safe work practices.
  • Facilitate implementation of GMP and GHP in Warehouse.
  • Checklist & BPR maintenance
  • Conduct training for officers and associates on Quality standards and practices
  • Work on people development and job enrichment.
  • Implement control measures through control plans and monitoring to assure product quality.
  • Ensure packaging delivery on time and complete.
  • SOP creates and follow up for all processes and requirements.

SKILLS:

a. Laboratory Packaging material analysis and Equipment analysis.

b. Laboratory Equipment handling & maintenance.

c. GLP and GMP process control.

d. In process quality control.

e. SOP create & Training.

f. Having good exposure on ISO & ISO 22716 requirements
