Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Devikulam for an HR Assistant/Executive. The HR Assistant/Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including HR management, using HRIS, benefits administration, and facilitating training sessions. Daily tasks include assisting with employee recruitment, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits programs, and supporting staff development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Ability to facilitate Training sessions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
