Job Title: Academic/Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Academic/Admission Counsellor to join our team at The Narayana Group, Mumbai Branch. As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the admission process, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless experience for our prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

Admission Process Management
: Manage the admission process for students, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

Student Counseling
: Provide in-depth information to prospective learners, addressing their queries and concerns about courses and colleges.

Lead Generation
: Identify and generate new leads through various sources, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Relationship Building
: Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to promote our programs.

Data Management
: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, ensuring efficient data management and analysis.

Target Achievement
: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for revenue and enrolments.

Requirements:

Education
: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field (preferred).

Experience
: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling or a similar role.

Skills
:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
