Role & Responsibilities

  • Handling Inbound customer calls for UK clients.
  • Managing travel-related queries and providing accurate information.
  • International Voice Process – UK shift timings.
  • Preparing basic itineraries, quotations & responding to customer enquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Handling queries related to travel, hotels, tours, and general holiday information.
  • Providing professional and friendly customer service at all times.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • MUST be able to speak Punjabi fluently along with good English communication.
  • Should have good worldwide geographical / destination knowledge.
  • Comfortable handling inbound & outbound calls.
  • Good command of English grammar, verbal & written communication.
  • Familiar with CRM systems; ability to work in rotational shifts/week.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic travel environment.
  • Calm, patient, and efficient in handling customer situations.
  • Target-oriented and motivated to achieve performance goals.
