Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and stay updated on hiring trends.
  • Sourcing and Attraction: Create and post compelling job descriptions, then source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to build a diverse talent pool.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews (phone/video), and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role.
  • Candidate Management: Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers and stakeholders, manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), and maintain candidate records.
  • Offer and Onboarding: Facilitate salary negotiations, extend job offers, and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes adhere to legal and ethical standards.
