Job Description:

  • Develop and execute demand-generation strategies within the assigned territory to acquire new clients
  • Build and deepen relationships with existing beverage-industry customers to foster long-term business
  • Handle multiple customers independently, coordinating lead management and opportunity pipelines
  • Forge strategic alliances and partnerships with clients in the beverage segment
  • Ensure volume delivery meets targets through coordination with internal teams (planning, costing, logistics)
  • Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager, keeping them informed on progress and market insights
  • Conduct on-site performance trials and technical engagements with beverage clients

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 6–12 years of experience in preforms, caps/closures, or related packaging fields with a focus on
    beverage industry customers
  • Proven track record of working with regional or national beverage manufacturers in South India
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the beverage packaging landscape and strong industry relationships
  • Self-motivated "hunter" mindset with a passion for sales growth
  • Ability and willingness to travel at least 50% within South India and manage on-site trials
  • Graduate (PG in Sales & Marketing preferred)
