Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identifying profitable opportunities, conducting market research, and developing innovative strategies to expand the company's reach and improve income streams.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Sales & Negotiation: Managing the sales funnel, negotiating contracts, and securing profitable deals and service agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Planning: Creating actionable business plans, analyzing market trends and competitor developments, and making data-driven decisions to enhance business performance.
- Collaboration & Communication: Working with cross-functional teams and senior management, facilitating communication between departments, and providing progress reports.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Staying informed about new market opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform sales strategies and identify potential growth areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation: Proficiency in presenting products/services and closing deals.
- Market Research & Analysis: The ability to understand customer needs, identify market gaps, and use data to build successful strategies.
- Strategic Thinking: A strong ability to develop and implement long-term plans for business growth and expansion.
- Communication & Networking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Time Management & Organization: The capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Leadership & Problem-Solving: The ability to lead teams, motivate staff, and make sound decisions to overcome challenges.
