Location: Nahur, Mumbai

Experience required: 3-5 years


• Conduct thorough audits of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and other financial reports to verify accuracy and integrity of data.


• Validate financial records against supporting documentation (ledgers, invoices, contracts, bank statements).


• Analyze key financial statement items such as assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, and expenses to detect errors or irregularities.


• Assess the adequacy of internal controls related to financial reporting.


• Identify any discrepancies, misstatements, or non-compliance issues and provide actionable recommendations to management.


• Verify proper classification of accounts and accurate presentation of financial position.


• Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing observations, risks, and corrective actions required.


• Collaborate with the finance team to explain findings and assist in the implementation of improvements.


• Assist external auditors during statutory audits by providing required financial data and explanations.


• Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry practices.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (Intermediate CA/CPA/CMA /CA Finalist preferred).


• 3-5 years of experience in financial audit, balance sheet analysis, or financial reporting.


• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis.


• Familiarity with relevant accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).


• Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks).


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Good written and verbal communication skills.
