As an Instructional Designer - eLearning at Imarticus Learning, you will have the exciting opportunity to create engaging and impactful online learning experiences for our learners. Your expertise in Content Management, Content Writing, Design Thinking, and Storyboarding will be instrumental in shaping the future of our eLearning platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphics designers, animators, and developers to design and develop high-quality eLearning content that meets learning objectives.
  • Utilize your creativity and design thinking skills to create visually appealing and interactive course materials.
  • Implement best practices in instructional design to ensure effective learning experiences for learners.
  • Utilize content management systems to organize and maintain course content.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop detailed storyboards (interactivity level 1, 2 & 3) to guide the development of eLearning courses.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools such as MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Canva will be a plus
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our eLearning offerings.
