The Role

We are looking for a
Head of Software Engineering
who will architect, lead, and scale the technology backbone of JL Intellicore. This is a
founding leadership opportunity
where you will shape product strategy, engineering culture, and the tech roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the
    software architecture and technology stack
    for our AI-driven SaaS platform.
  • Build and manage a high-performing engineering team.
  • Drive the
    end-to-end product lifecycle
    — from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with product, business, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions.
  • Establish best practices in
    DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and agile delivery
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in software engineering, with
    strong product development background
    (preferably SaaS/AI-driven platforms).
  • Hands-on expertise in
    cloud-native architecture, modern web technologies, and scalable systems
    .

Proven track record of
leading engineering teams
in fast-paced environments.

Exposure to
AI/ML, data engineering, and agentic AI solutions
is a plus.

    bootstrapped, early-stage environment
