  • Lead the technical delivery of salesforce projects, ensuring robust configurations and enhancements

  • Worked on sales clod, marketing cloud, service cloud and experience cloud

  • Lead development of SFDC platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of salesforce solutions to meet evolving business requirements.

  • Collaborate with business and it teams to translate requirements into scalable salesforce solutions.

  • Oversee system architecture, integrations, and custom development to optimize performance.

  • Stay updated on salesforce technology advancements and recommend innovative solutions.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices for code quality, configuration, and data security.

  • Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for salesforce projects like cross sell and churn

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 12 to 15 years in salesforce development and delivery, with a focus on technical execution.

  • Expertise in salesforce configuration, customizations, and integrations.

  • Strong technical leadership skills with experience in managing complex salesforce implementations.

  • Familiarity with consulting or manufacturing industries; experience with salesforce as an employer is a plus.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., salesforce platform developer, technical architect) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

  • Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on innovation and efficiency.
