Job Title – BO Front end Developer/Business Analyst

Location – Hyderabad/ Pune (Hybrid)

Experience – 5+ Years

Department – D&IT Data BAU Basis & Admin

Employment Type – Contract (The mode of work will be hybrid initially, but it is expected to transition to full-time WFO, 5 days a week, in the near future.)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled BI developer/analyst to handle all front end SAP BI/BO projects. As a BI Developer/Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of solutions, from gathering business requirements to developing, testing, and supporting robust and insightful BI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP BI Developer:


• You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, translate them into technical specifications, and build effective BI solutions.


• Strong blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and technical expertise in SAP BI/PowerBI/Tableau development.

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.


• 5+ years of experience in BI development


• Proven expertise in SAP BO, Azure concepts, architecture, and data modeling principles.


• Proven experience in developing SAP BI solutions, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.


• Expertise in query design and reporting tools (e.g., BEx Query Designer, Analysis for Office).


• Solid understanding of the data and business processes


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.


• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements clearly and concisely.


• Expert SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.


• MS, Tableau, or SAP certifications


• Mentoring junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience with Power BI and Tableau.


• Experience with SAP BI/PowerBI/Tableau security concepts and user authorization.


• Familiarity with SAP HANA and BI/4HANA.
