About the Role
: As an SAP FICO Consultant L4 to join our dynamic team, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) with extensive experience in greenfield S/4HANA implementations.

you will play a critical role in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules on both S/4 HANA and ECC platforms.

Your expertise will ensure that business requirements are met with robust and scalable SAP solutions. This role demands extensive experience with both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and manage complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
System Configuration and Implementation
:

• Lead and manage greenfield S/4HANA implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Design and configure SAP FICO modules for both S/4 HANA and ECC platforms.
• Have worked atleast in 2 E2E implementations
• Be able to articulate well with the customers
• Cloud experience is additional advantage.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops with clients.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Facilitate data migration and system integration activities.

Process Optimization And Support

• Analyze and optimize business processes within the SAP FICO framework.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency. Documentation and Training:
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and junior consultants.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to client teams and internal stakeholders.

Project Management

• Lead and manage SAP FICO projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO developments, best practices, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Participate in SAP user groups and forums to share knowledge and learn from peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing) on both S/4 HANA and ECC platforms.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori.
• Strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP certification in FI/CO is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Office environment with occasional travel to client sites.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
