Objective

As Product Manager at Epik, you will own the consumer experience
— from demo booking to conversion — and work across teams to design scalable, delightful, and high-conversion product journeys. You'll blend product thinking, analytics, and empathy to shape how people experience tech at home.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and drive the
    consumer product roadmap
    focused on discovery, demo booking, conversion, and retention.
  • Work with leadership to align product strategy with business KPIs like
    Cost per Demo (CPD)
    ,
    Conversion Rate
    , and
    Repeat Demos
    .
  • Identify growth opportunities through market and user insights.

2. Product Execution

  • Lead end-to-end
    feature design, development, and rollout
    — from idea to impact.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and operations to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Build seamless journeys integrating
    website, WhatsApp, CRM, and dashboard
    experiences.

3. Data & Insights

  • Track core metrics:
    demo-to-purchase funnel, drop-offs, repeat rate, retention.
  • Use GA4, HubSpot, PowerBI, SQL
    , and user feedback loops to inform decisions.
  • Build dashboards and hypotheses to test, measure, and scale impact.

4. User-Centric Design

  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure
    frictionless UX and clarity of communication
    across touchpoints.
  • Conduct usability studies and gather real-time feedback from demo customers and sales teams.
  • Champion the user inside Epik — focusing on simplicity, clarity, and trust.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with
    Marketing, Operations, and Tech
    to translate insights into scalable improvements.
  • Partner with founders to design new categories and experiences as Epik expands into new verticals.
  • Build internal tools and automation that improve
    operational efficiency
    and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    product management
    , preferably in
    consumer tech, D2C, or marketplace
    businesses.
  • Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset — you love turning ambiguity into clarity.
  • Hands-on with analytics tools:
    GA4, SQL, PowerBI, HubSpot, Excel.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading execution with small, agile teams.
  • Passionate about building from 0 to 1
    and shaping real consumer experiences.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in logistics, last-mile, or O2O (online-to-offline) businesses.
  • Prior startup or founding experience.
  • Understanding of growth, performance funnels, or user activation loops.
