Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Basic Share Market knowledge requires
2. Responsible to work on given leads
3. Responsible for advising clients via call or chat
4. Provide information about the products and services to the client
5. Gives advice on investment such as stock cash services, future services and commodities
6. Update client information into database
7. Handling Clients query regarding "Before Trade and After Trade" through Inbound calls and chat
8. Responsible for ensuring all activities are in adherence as per Compliance framework
9. Building relationships with the client & educating them about InvestmentsEducation/Experience
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate - MBA Finance
Experience : 0 - 1 yrs +
