Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Microbiologist / Quality Analyst to ensure the quality of spices, especially chillies, for export. The ideal candidate will monitor color, shape, and microbiological safety of products and maintain compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect spices for color, shape, and overall appearance
  • Conduct microbiological testing to ensure food safety
  • Use instruments such as spectrophotometers for precise quality measurement
  • Maintain accurate quality records and reports
  • Coordinate with production and packing teams to ensure consistent quality

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master's in Microbiology, Food Technology, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with spectrophotometers and lab testing
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and export quality norms
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
