Responsible for:

  • Performing laboratory analysis on all materials after appropriate sterilization.
  • Conducting tests on all incoming raw materials and finished products, and documenting all records.
  • Investigating all issues and addressing any GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) problems found in samples.
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing tests on all laboratory activities.
  • Maintaining purchase orders for all laboratory processes and monitoring inventory.
  • Sampling raw materials and finished products.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards, such as HACCP.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards related to food safety and microbiology.
  • Maintaining accurate records of microbiological testing, quality control, and other related activities, and preparing reports.
  • Working with other departments, such as production and QA/QC, to ensure microbiological safety and quality of food products.
  • Reporting to senior management on laboratory performance and activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
