Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with over 6 years of experience in SAP FICO modules. The ideal candidate should be proficient in configuring and implementing end-to-end SAP FICO solutions, with a solid understanding of integration with other SAP modules. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO modules (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, Asset Accounting).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements through SAP functionalities.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation for SAP FICO-related developments and changes.
  • Provide support for month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) for system integration and solution delivery.
  • Support in data migration, interface design, and user training during SAP implementations and rollouts.
  • Handle day-to-day operational support including issue resolution and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; SAP FICO certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI Consultant.
  • Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP FICO implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and financial reporting standards.
  • Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilitiess
  • Immediate availability or short notice (preferred).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in S/4HANA environment.
  • Exposure to global rollout projects.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to FICO.
