Job Title: Accountant (Female Candidates Only)

About the Company:
Sydler Tech is a SAP gold partner company. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Finance team at our Baner office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (Sales, Purchase, Expense Entries, Bank Reconciliation, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end closing and audits.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Support management in financial analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Work Mode: On-site (Baner, Pune)
- Female candidates only (in-office role)
- Working Days: [e.g., Monday to Saturday / 5.5 days, etc.]
- Salary: As per industry standards / negotiable based on experience
