We're looking for Financial Representative, Events & Accounting to join our Events & Accounting team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Events & Accounting you'll be responsible for:

• Understanding event requirements, researching and selecting vendors balancing quality and cost, and negotiating favourable terms
• Creating event budgets, raising purchase orders, obtaining approvals, and reviewing contracts (financial and legal)
• Overseeing event operations, including rooming lists, invoice reconciliation, and managing changes
• Reviewing, processing, and managing vendor payments and travel-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and maintaining records
• Evaluating event success, finalizing folios, and collaborating with HQ, adjusting work schedules

• Requires minimum graduate (Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration/Masters of Commerce/Business Administration) with 1-2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications

• Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
