We're looking for an experienced Financial Representative, Events & Accounting to join our Events & Accounting team. Reporting to the Manager, Events & Accounting, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date booking records for easy review
• Reconciling bookings with bank statements to ensure financial accuracy
• Using Microsoft Excel to analyze data efficiently and support decision-making
• Managing vendor payments and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions
• Adapting to changing processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

• Requires minimum graduate (Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration/Masters of Commerce/Business Administration) with 1- 2 years of experience
• Good Working knowledge of MS Office

• Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
