About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Leader who can own and execute end-to-end demand generation for You will drive enterprise user acquisition (recruiters, talent leaders, and CHROs) by designing, running, and optimizing performance campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other B2B channels. This role is mission-critical to help us scale user adoption, demonstrate strong market pull, and build the foundation for our next institutional fundraise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance marketing across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and relevant B2B platforms.
- Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns (awareness, activation, conversion, retention).
- Build target account-based strategies for enterprise customers headcount).
- Scale PLG-driven acquisition (recruiters as end users) and convert them into enterprise deals.
- Drive CAC efficiency, MRR growth, and pipeline contribution metrics.
- Design creative experiments (A/B, multivariate) and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Leverage OrcHire's impact metrics (time saved, cost reduced, stack ranking, etc.) in positioning.
- Work closely with the founder's office to report performance insights to investors.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of performance marketing in B2B SaaS or HR Tech.
- Proven track record in scaling ARR / MRR with data-backed growth.
- Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot/Marketo.
- Obsession with metrics, attribution, and ROI.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: able to thrive in a 0-1 → 1-10x environment.
