Commis - Chinese

Looking to onboard a highly motivated and skilled Commis Chinese to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the kitchen team with food preparation and cooking.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Support the chef de parti) in planning menus and preparing special dishes.
• Ensure all food is stored properly and ingredients are fresh.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
