Commi Chinese

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Commi Chinese to join our team at Welcomhotel. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
• Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Ensure all food products are stored properly and used within their expiration dates.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
