Dear Candidate,
Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
- Define job description and communicate the same in the public
domain appropriately as well as with potential candidates
- Create a candidate persona for each open position/ mandate
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels
and appropriate screening process
- Follow-up references and check the credibility of candidates
- Present shortlisted candidates to the client appropriately and in
a compelling manner
- Coordinate with the client SPOCs rigorously throughout the recruiting
cycle for each mandate
- Follow a sustainable candidate lead strategy to create backup
- Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their context, hiring
needs and specific requirements of each mandate
- Research the industry sector to which the client belongs and the client
organisation - its service offerings, clients, competitors, plans and the
attractiveness of the employer brand etc.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on clients needs
- Build long-term client relationships to keep growing the wallet share in
favour of CIEL
• Mandatory Experience Required:
- Should have worked on Automobile (or/and) Heavy Engineering
(or/and) Process industry ( or/and) Automotive component
requirements for 2-3 years continuously.
- Should have closed significant white color engineering roles
such as ( Mechanical /Electrical Design engr, CAE/CFD/FEA
engineers, Technical Writers, Process engineers etc)

- Ability to handle dynamic challenges and thrive in a fast-paced
environment.
- Solution Mindset
- Skilled communicator - verbal as well as written, good listening skills,
persuasive and empathetic in conversations
Qualification: Any Graduate with good communication skill.
