Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Ludhiana PB

Location: Ludhiana PB

Qualification:

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics & Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of electrical/electronic products and solutions.

Industry Knowledge / Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Electrical & Electronic field including:
  • VCB Panels
  • Substations
  • HT & LT Panels
  • Systems up to 220kV
  • Good understanding of tendering, project sales, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to generate new business, handle customer requirements, and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned area.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents as required.
