Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive in Kozhikode with excellentcommunication skill in English and Malayalam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. The role includes preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and close business opportunities
  • Knowledge of market research, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Proactive approach to meet sales targets and the ability to work as an achiever.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
