About the Role We're seeking a results-driven Strategy Specialist to join the CEO's Office (Corporate Strategy Organization), focusing on organization-wide cost optimization and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role that works closely with the Founders, Finance, and Operations leaders to drive measurable cost reductions and improve profitability. If you thrive on solving complex business problems, analyzing cost structures, and optimizing processes at scale, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end cost optimization initiatives across the company, including wage inflation control, vendor cost management, partner cost optimization, and OPEX reduction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, People, Procurement, and Operations) to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement scalable solutions.

  • Build frameworks and dashboards to track cost metrics and identify efficiency levers.

  • Conduct benchmarking, process reviews, and ROI analysis to ensure financial discipline.

  • Support leadership in decision-making through data-backed insights and business cases.

  • Partner with global teams to align on cost structures and operational best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or Business Operations with a strong focus on cost optimization.

  • Proven experience in OPEX control, vendor management, and productivity improvement.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong business acumen with comfort handling financial models and cost frameworks.

  • Prior experience in Management Consulting (Big 3 / MBB) or fast-growing SaaS / B2B environment preferred.

  • Degree from a top B-school (IIMs or equivalent Tier-1 institute).

  • High ownership mindset, ability to work in an unstructured environment, and thrive under ambiguity.
