Role: Co-founder & CEO

We seek a dynamic Co-founder CEO to lead into a globally recognized ed-tech powerhouse. You will take full ownership of building, scaling, and leading the organization with an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep commitment to social impact through education and technology.

Who Should Apply?

You are the ideal candidate if you:

Have 10+ years of proven experience in EdTech

Preferably in areas such as online learning, higher education partnerships, digital content, credentialing, or skill development.

Have strong connections and networks across Higher Education

Experience working with
colleges, universities, skill councils, or education leaders

is essential.

Can independently drive business growth

You should be able to pitch, negotiate, and
close institutional partnerships

with minimal support.

Possess an entrepreneurial spirit

You thrive in startup environments, take ownership, and have the hunger to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Are passionate about impact-driven education

Have leadership capabilities to build and manage teams

Ability to lead product, operations, sales, and strategic initiatives as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead as its primary founder-CEO and drive the overall business strategy
  • Forge and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and global education entities
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for revenue, product growth, and expansion
  • Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team
  • Represent the brand globally and establish the platform as a credible alternative to Coursera
  • Oversee P&L, product roadmap, marketing, and institutional sales
  • Ensure consistent user growth, course adoption, and institutional engagement
  • Create a strong culture of innovation, agility, and impact
