Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Testing Executive/Manager with hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background

in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, along with the ability to lead and mentor a testing team. Youll work closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for web and mobile applications.

Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).

Define and drive QA best practices, processes, and standards across teams.

Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks.

Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and deliver highquality releases.

Identify, record, and track bugs; perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

Ensure timely delivery of testing tasks as per the release schedule.

Guide and mentor a team of testers; conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Analyze testing metrics and continuously improve test efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills:Java, Python, JavaScript,Automation testing, API Testing.
