Job Title: Japanese Language Expert Sales & Business Development

Job Location: Krishanlal Marwah Marg, Andheri (E), Mumbai

Experience: Fresher to 3 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development Support
  • Assist the sales team in client communication, follow-ups, and preparing proposals in Japanese/English.
  • Support business discussions with Japanese suppliers and customers.
  • Translate product information, quotations, contracts, and marketing material.
  • Communication & Interpretation
  • Act as interpreter during client meetings, calls, and conferences with Japanese counterparts.
  • Draft and translate emails, reports, and presentations for BD activities.
  • Market & Client Support
  • Research and share insights from Japanese sources regarding market trends, and regulatory updates.
  • Help in building strong business relationships by ensuring smooth cross-cultural communication.
  • Work closely with the team to track opportunities and pipeline updates.
  • Prepare bilingual reports and presentations for management and HQ.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree (preferably in Commerce, Business, Pharma, or Japanese language).

JLPT N3 (mandatory) or N2 (preferred).

Freshers with strong Japanese Language skills. Experience in sales or business development will be beneficial but not mandatory.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.

Interest and willingness to learn industry-specific knowledge.

Good coordination, interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude.
