Descriptif mission

Track the coverage of external repair parts Generate Purchase order and Delivery Note to ship-out part for repairs Verify Repair Quote and Technical report to amend the PO. Track the material until it is received at the facility on-time. Create and healthy relationship with Suppliers for long term association. Track the availability of Used/Standard exchange parts and secure necessary approval to avoid production stoppages. Should be well versed with the metrics to track coverage Interact with logistics partners to track the shipments Interact with Supply chain monitoring team to give feed back on ETA and critical parts Updating SAP material master records. Perform the transactions to allocate parts on the right order / project and ask for arbitration if needed Define & deliver KPIs on supply performance Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and global customers through regular local and global updates.

System: Significant knowledge and past experience in Supply Chain processes (Procurement, Sub-contracting, MRP analysis, PR to PO, Outbound/Inbound shipment follow-up, Logistics.) and relevant tools. Proficiency in SAP MM MS Office Tools Power BI Knowledge shall be an added advantage Operational: B.Tech with 6~8 years Experience Procurement & Sub-contracting Experience Interpersonal and Team Building Skills Problem Solving, Communication & Team Working
