Mission description

Perform inspection and repair of composite and metallic components as per job card and work scope. Prepare surfaces and apply composite patches or metallic repair as per OEM specs. Perform riveting, fasteners replacement , sealant application, and rework if required. Operate tools and machinery in accordance with safety standards. Record all work done in job cards, follow traceability norms, and adhere to quality standards. Assist in training junior mechanics/operators if required. Suggest improvements in repair methods and processes. Special Processes Manual (SPM), Standard Repair Manual (SRM), Component Maintenance Manual (CMM), Engine Shop Manual (ESM). Work Instructions (WI) and Process Sheets. Inspection reports, NCRs, and quality checklists. OEM repair schemes and deviation approvals.

Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Aircraft Technician in MRO / Aerospace environments, specifically with Composite & Structure. Hands-on experience in riveting, bonding, sealing, composite patching, trimming, drilling, sanding. Repair of fan blades, fan cases, nacelles, thrust reversers, and cowlings. Use of precision tools and fixtures. Preferred any: Aircraft Maintenance Technician License (any stream). Added: OEM LEAP Engine Repair Training.
