What will you do : The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mobile App Automation Testing (Android & iOS) using Appium.

The ideal candidate will lead test automation initiatives, manage testing projects, and mentor a team while ensuring high-quality software delivery through robust automation frameworks and best practices. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and Maintain Test Automation Frameworks to optimize testing efficiency.
• Automate Test

Cases for mobile applications (Android & iOS) using Appium.

• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous testing.
• Ensure Comprehensive Test Coverage through well-structured automation strategies.
• Perform Manual Testing when necessary to validate edge cases.
• Lead a team of automation engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
• Oversee testing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and QA) to improve software quality.
• Manage Test Data and Environments to support various testing scenarios.
• Drive Continuous Improvement by implementing automation best practices and innovative solutions.
• Monitor Post-Release Performance to detect and resolve issues proactively.
• Generate Test Reports and provide insights on testing progress and defect trends.
• Debug and Troubleshoot Automation Failures, ensuring smooth execution.

What are we looking for :

• 6 years of experience in Mobile App Automation Testing (Android & iOS) using Appium.
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management within a QA or automation team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and business teams.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Familiarity with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or other automation frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and test management tools like JIRA.

Education/Qualification : Bachelors degree in software engineering or computer science. Experience : 6-8 years. Industry : IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech. Work arrangement : 5 days working from office. Location : Noida. What do we offer :
