Role & responsibilities

  • To lead by example in exhibiting high levels of service orientation and proactive customer handling.
  • To ensure total familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating procedures applicable to the role.
  • Ability to handle Patients and attendants at Hospitals
  • To ensure accurate and timely registrations.
  • To be Customer centric in approach.
  • Ability to evaluate and analyze Customer preference and feedback also guide efforts towards enhanced customer experience.
  • To follow Cash / Credit / Corporate billing / discount, instructions and handle hospital information system efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate with both Internal & External customers.
  • To effectively utilize Hospital Information System, EPABX system and other software provided.
  • To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
  • To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
  • To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
  • To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
  • To comply with patient safety policy.
  • To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate having minimum 6 months of experience in Hospital Front Office functions.

Should have knowledge of OPD Billing and Patient Handling.

Should be comfortable in Rotational Shifts, including Nights.
