Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company accounts using ERP/Tally Prime.
  • Verify and ensure accurate day-to-day posting of cash expenses at the factory.
  • Review and post material inward entries and purchase transactions along with all applicable statutory supports (TDS, GST, PO, E-way Bills, etc.).
  • Verify, account, and settle vendor service bills in line with company policies and PO terms, including TDS applicability.
  • Identify process gaps and proactively initiate improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Conduct vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Liaise with government officials for statutory compliance and related requirements.
  • Verify and post material transfer entries as per BOM (Bill of Materials).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Hands-on experience in payable settlement processes, including bill clearance for material and service vendors.
  • Experience in accounting, bill settlements, cash handling, and petty cash management.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Should have knowledge of GST and TDS.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic functions).
  • Experience in government liaison activities.
  • Ability to draft professional emails with strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
