Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a technical lead in support of large solution deployments
  • Scoping field customisations and delivering functional specifications for integrations to third party systems
  • Demonstrating Everbridge REST API and answering detailed technical questions about product capability and delivery infrastructure
  • Providing training and producing support material as required
  • Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Provide professional implementation and support services to clients resulting in smooth, well-coordinated implementations
  • Perform new client set up and configuration
  • Effectively and efficiently train new clients to use the application
  • Provide support services, develop solutions and educate clients in the various stages of the product implementation cycle
  • Document all client calls, emails and any other communication and enter the information into the Client Care CRM )
  • Ensure proper and consistent communication of status to the client
  • Review and understand client use cases to understand the client's business, successfully integrating client needs with product offerings and solutions.
  • Act as the client's technical advocate within the company
  • Occasional after hours and weekend availability to support on-call schedule during significant events

 Requirements:  

  • 5 years' experience in software sales and services in a field facing engineering capacity
  • Working knowledge of Internet hosted applications, highly available architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) including experience responding to RFIs/RFPs
  • Highly organized and driven by success, achievement and recognition
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity and persuasive confidence
  • Strong time management skills with proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, and web based applications
  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or similar would be a plus)
