Position Summary Level: Consultant or equivalent As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements . Work you'll do: - Owns complex deliverables independently, ensuring quality and timelines and Exhibits interest in working across tracks/outside of core skills - Consistently demonstrates SME skills within their area of expertise and proactively identifies potential risks and come up with mitigation plans - Performs solution reviews and/or process/code reviews effectively & independently The Team: Our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients brand values for measurable business growth. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e., Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications : - 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience with Field Service Management platforms or similar enterprise solutions. - Strong understanding of field service processes (dispatch, scheduling, work order management, mobile enablement). - Experience with FSM configuration, customization, and integration. - Familiarity with related enterprise systems (such as ERP, CRM, or service cloud solutions) is a plus. - Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Certification - FSM certification is preferred but not mandatory. Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications : With FSM playing a critical role in digital service transformation, this position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction for leading organizations.
