Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manual QA Engineer, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Manual QA Engineer will be responsible for creating and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and verifying bug fixes. Day-to-day tasks include manual testing of web and mobile applications, collaboration with development teams to understand requirements, conducting regression testing, and participating in team meetings to provide updates on test coverage and bug status.

Qualifications

  • Experience with testing methodologies, test planning, and test case development
  • Proficiency in manual testing for web and mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC)
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Azure DevOps or similar is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
