Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation & Manual Testing Team Lead with 4–6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in both automation testing and manual testing along with proven experience in leading a QA team, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers (manual & automation).
  • Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of test results and reports.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices in QA.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and project meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in QA (manual + automation).
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior QA Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
  • Experience in API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in writing clear test cases, bug reports, and QA documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure on-time quality delivery.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of performance & load testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Exposure to mobile application testing (iOS/Android).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
