Job Role: Live Shows Music Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all live show activities for artists.
- Handle venue bookings, negotiations, and contracts.
- Liaise with event organizers, promoters, and production teams.
- Oversee show logistics: travel, accommodation, sound check schedules.
- Manage on-ground artist requirements and hospitality.
- Plan promotional rollouts for live shows with the marketing team.
- Ensure smooth execution of concerts, festivals, club gigs, and brand events.
- Supervise technical riders, stage plots, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with agencies for PR, digital, and influencer support for events.
- Track ticket sales, promotions, and campaign performance.
- Prepare show reports + post-event analysis.
- Maintain relationships with venues, brands, and event partners.
- Source and pitch new live show opportunities for artists.
- Ensure compliance, licenses, and permissions are in place.
- Budget management for each event.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the live music & event ecosystem.
- Experience in artist management or event management.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage last-minute changes.
- Strong network with venues, promoters, event companies.
- Understanding of marketing & promotions for live shows.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
