GrowRank, India's leading digital education platform, is urgently hiring Digital Marketing Executives. The selected candidates will be responsible for executing digital campaigns, managing online presence, and driving lead generation — all while working remotely.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to boost traffic and rankings.
  • Manage social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to increase engagement and followers.
  • Create, schedule, and optimize content for digital platforms (posts, blogs, creatives, reels/shorts).
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Coordinate with sales and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (Marketing/Business preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Freshers with strong skills are also welcome).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Analytics.
  • Good communication and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/Video Editing will be an advantage.
  • Must have a smartphone, laptop, and stable internet connection.

Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)

  • Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
