Job Description:
● Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences; ● Design and layout of essential business materials (e.g. business cards, presentations, brochures); ● Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts; ● Edit video clips for use on social media platforms; ● Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events; ● Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction; ● Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction; ● Assist team in developing and executing communication plans; ● Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts; ● Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms; ● Contribute to creative ideating for social media ● Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files;

Requirements, competencies and skills :
● Experience creating strong, engaging content ● A portfolio of applicable outputs ● Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills. ● The capacity to work independently and collaboratively. ● Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy. ● Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts through videos and images; ● Solid verbal and written communication skills; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team member ● Thorough knowledge of Image and Video editing softwares, G Suite; ● Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram); ● Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, learning and receiving feedback; ● Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, visual aesthetics, brand communication
Education/Experience
Environment = Work From Office (6 days a week) Number of positions = 2

Minimum Qualification Preferred:
Degree in design/film/communications or related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields;
Experience 4-5 years of relevant experience
● Relevant experience in Content creation (Video and Graphic Designs) for social media platforms Not Mandatory but Welcome ● An understanding of SEO and best practices for videos on social media platforms ● Familiarity using camera and audio equipment - video recording experience
