We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to lead our marketing efforts and drive the adoption of our revolutionary technology. Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights relevant to medical devices industry.

• Identify potential leads using online platforms such as LinkedIn, industry forums, and directories.

• Create and manage content across multiple platforms - including social media posts, blogs, articles, and emailers.

• Execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, website SEO to engage potential clients.

• Collect and analyze data on campaign performance, consumer behavior, and sales metrics to generate insights and identify areas of improvement.

• Maintain and organize a well-structured CRM database (Salesforce/Freshsales) to track leads, opportunities, and campaign performance.

• Assist in organizing domestic and international healthcare conferences and events.

• Stay updated on the latest tools and best practices in lead generation, digital marketing, and agentic AI automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, medicine, business, or marketing.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving marketing landscape.

• Excellent organizational and data management skills.

• Strong written communication skills for crafting professional and engaging content.

• Proficiency with CRM and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, Freshsales)
• Basic understanding of B2B lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Seamless, Apollo)

Work Days and Timings
: Mon to Sat – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sunday's, and Second & Fourth Saturdays are off.
