Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainer, based in Gurugram. The Sales Trainer will design, develop, and deliver sales training programs to improve the skills and performance of the sales team. Responsibilities include evaluating the training needs of employees, conducting interactive training sessions, preparing presentations, and providing coaching to enhance communication, customer service, and sales techniques. The ideal candidate will also gather feedback to continuously improve training initiatives and contribute to the organization's success.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in delivering hard core sales training for at least 5-7 years.
  • Must be a sales performer with a proven, successful track record in sales for at least 2-3 years of prior experience.
  • Must have at least 10 years of total experience with leading organizations.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Training and Training & Development to create effective learning strategies.
  • Proficient Presentation Skills for delivering impactful and engaging training sessions.
  • Excellent Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
