Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the branch operations for Mutual Funds, Securities, Broking & Advisory services.
  • Drive business growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality investment advisory and portfolio solutions.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve targets.
  • Monitor branch performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Mutual Funds, Securities, Broking & Advisory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and branch growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
