Roles and Responsibilities
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing core HR functions as well as ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration. The key responsibilities include:
Human Resources (HR):
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle: preparing job postings, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
- Supporting employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
- Acting as a point of contact for employees throughout their lifecycle with the company.
- Maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Coordinating performance review cycles and assisting in employee engagement initiatives.
Administration:
- Maintaining office files, records, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Overseeing daily administrative operations for the smooth functioning of the office.
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Managing petty cash, preparing monthly expense reports, and ensuring timely settlements.
- Assisting management in event coordination, meetings, and company representation.
- Building and maintaining good public relations for the company externally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet usage, and email communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in HR and/or Administration.
- Experience in a start-up or education sector will be an added advantage.
