We are looking for a highly skilled 
Cloud Automation Engineer
 with strong hands-on experience in 
Ansible / Ansible Automation Platform
 to design, implement, and manage automation workflows for cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.

This is a contract role with opportunities for extension, offering exposure to cutting-edge DevOps practices and enterprise-scale automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management
  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure
    .
  • Automate provisioning and configuration using 
    Ansible playbooks
    .
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using 
    Terraform
     or 
    ARM templates
    .
  • Automation & Orchestration
  • Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks.
  • Manage automation certificates and integrations with 
    OpenShift
    .
  • CI/CD Pipeline Development
  • Build, test, and deploy using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Integrate 
    Databricks notebooks and workflows
     into CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
  • Ensure best practices in version control, code quality, and testing.
  • Monitoring & Logging
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions for proactive system management.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure and data pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Must Have:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ansible
     or 
    Ansible Automation Platform
     (2–3 years minimum).
  • Experience developing and managing 
    Ansible playbooks
    .
  • Expertise in 
    Azure cloud infrastructure
    .
  • Additional Skills:
  • Proficiency with Terraform
     or 
    ARM templates
     for automation.
  • Experience with 
    OpenShift
     and automation certificate management.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    CI/CD pipelines
     (build, test, deployment).
  • Hands-on experience integrating 
    Databricks
     into CI/CD workflows.
  • Familiarity with 
    monitoring, logging solutions
    , and 
    infrastructure/data pipeline lifecycle
     management.

Qualifications

  • Total Experience:
     6–8 years in IT/DevOps/Cloud Automation.
  • Specific Experience:
     Minimum 2–3 years in Ansible automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
